Ascot Place refurbishment

One of EMRC's most significant projects during 2010/11 was completing the renovation of our Ascot Place Administration Building in Belmont. Sustainability is a key platform of the EMRC's mission. Everything we do has a sustainability and environmental emphasis woven into it - our office renovation project was yet another commitment to sustainability, as well as a commitment to provide our staff with a professional environment in which to operate. The refurbishment has extended the building's life span well beyond original expectations and significantly reduced the thermal mass component of our operations.
