Council

EMRC's Establishment Agreement specifies that two Councillors from each member council be appointed to EMRC's Council, whilst a third deputises in their absence.

Following the local government elections on 15 October 2011, each member council appointed two representatives and a deputy to EMRC, who were subsequently sworn in at an EMRC Ordinary Council Meeting on 3 November 2011.

Councillors and deputies are sworn in until the next local government elections.
