The Eastern Metropolitan Regional Council is a Perth based Regional Local Government providing services in waste management, regional development and environmental management and sustainability.

 

  • Level 9 position - $88,168 base salary plus superannuation
  • Full time position based at our Head Office in Ascot
  • Ongoing permanent contract 
  • Local Government organisation
  • Up to 15.5% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading
  • Immediate start date

An opportunity has arisen to join the Projects Team here in our Head Office based in Ascot. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Red Hill Waste Management Facility, and Hazelmere Resource Recovery Park are operated in accordance with all environmental regulatory requirements. 

 

You will also be providing professional support to the Manager Environmental and Waste Compliance and other team members by providing technical waste management and environmental advice, reporting and research. This will work will be related to the EMRC’s operations and member Council and external consultancy waste management work.
