Council Meeting Dates
Ordinary Council meetings will be held at EMRC Administration Office, 1st Floor, 226 Great Eastern Highway, Ascot commencing at 4:30 pm on the fourth Thursday of each month from February to November 2026.

Agenda Forums and Information Sessions
The Agenda Forums of EMRC will be held at EMRC Administration Office, 1st Floor, 226 Great Eastern Highway, Ascot. Agenda Forums commencing at 4:30 pm on the second Thursday of each month from February to November 2026. Information Sessions follow Agenda Forums.
The Forums are open to the public except for matters of a confidential nature, and Information Sessions are closed to the public.
