Committees

In order to assist with its planning and decision-making, EMRC Council has appointed key committees.

Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee (ARIC)

The Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee consists of two Committee members and one Deputy Committee member from each member Council, an independent Chairperson and an independent Deputy of the Chairperson. 

The objective of the Committee is to conduct its responsibilities for financial reporting, management of risk and maintaining a reliable system of controls.
