The Eastern Metropolitan Regional Council (EMRC) is a progressive and innovative regional government working on behalf of five member Councils located in Perth's Eastern Region:

  • Town of Bassendean
  • City of Bayswater
  • Shire of Mundaring
  • City of Swan
