An opportunity has arisen for a sales and Marketing Representative – Contaminated Waste to join our Team at the EMRC. You would be responsible for providing advice and assistance to the EMRC’s operational leadership team in regards to developing contaminated waste supply contracts, assessment of external tender submission relating to waste and developing and implementing marketing programs for business development activities.
The role:
- Consultative sales approach
- Develop sales proposals to prospective customers
- Develop strategies to achieve agreed KPIs relating to new business acquisition
- Research prospective clients in target markets and follow through to successful agreement
- Generate and qualify leads from various sources/target markets
- Prepare sales reports
- Build sales pipeline, develop and implement sales activity plans
Skills required:
- Solid technical sales background
- A background in waste management and resource recovery is highly desirable
- Technical background – ideally in the waste industry but other suitable industries we would consider include engineering, automotive, IT, medical, manufacturing, instrumentation, aerospace, defence or construction
- Proven track record of winning new business
You will be working alongside an experienced Coordinator Sales and Marketing who is familiar with the EMRC and its Clients, and become an integral part of the Operations Team. Based from our office in Hazelmere, you would be joining a progressive organisation with a great culture and experienced team members to lean on for support.
