Bush Skills 4 Youth
Bush Skills 4 Youth is a program of nature activities for young people funded by EMRC and member Councils in Perth’s Eastern Region.
The program aims to provide young people with opportunities to:
• develop an awareness and appreciation of their local natural environment
• develop skills on how to preserve their local natural environment
• become environmental stewards into the future.
Workshops
Each year a series of free workshops are conducted in bush areas throughout the Eastern Metropolitan Region. Workshops with schools and youth groups take place during the term with community workshops in the holidays.
